Sports Tournament Concierge is a free, full-service housing company which allows all those involved with arranging travel and transportation to focus on the game, while we focus on planning your travel! We concentrate on making your stay effortless and enjoyable while saving you time and money!
 
Sports Tournament Concierge provides and/or assist with the following:
  • Custom Web Pages:  Create and manage web pages with separate booking links and rates for team travel hotels and/or family/fans.
  • Hotel Accommodations: Source, and negotiate hotel rates, concessions and assist with last minute changes (up to 24 hours’ notice) and flexible check-in and checkout.
  • Getting to the Destination: Reserve and manage flights, charter buses, van/car rentals.
·       Team Meals: Secure private meeting rooms for breakfast or ability to utilize rooms for bringing in outside food. Provide discounts to meal delivery or dine-in within the destinations.
·       Concessions: Contract staff room rates, complimentary upgrades for coaches, special bus & parking arrangements, VIP check in and other customized concierge services.
·       Reward Points: Hotel and airline reward points or credits earned for reservations under the block and applied towards the school, coach or Tournament.
