Once your request has been submitted a member of our team will be in touch within 24 business hours to assist with finalizing your team reservations.
IMPORTANT:
We recommend booking your rooms through the final round of the championship because it is easier to cancel early than to extend reservations incase the rooms become unavailable due to other groups or guests.
Submitting a request DOES NOT guarantee your teams rooms. Requests are on a first-come, first-served basis. A credit card authorization and rooming list will be required to hold your rooms, and a card will only be charged once your team is confirmed to attend the Championship.
