OPTION 2: Custom Booking Link
We can create a guaranteed sub-block from the existing tournament inventory. We hold these rooms for your team and add them to a complimentary team travel page that we create. Any unbooked rooms will be released back to the hotel after the cutoff date. |
OPTION 3: Rooming List & Credit Card
Provide a credit card and a rooming list (or names) to hold your desired rooms. You may choose to have all rooms charged to this card or have parents pay individually at check-in. This is the only way to 100% guarantee all requested rooms. |
