Due to the high volume of proposals and RFPs we are sourcing on a daily basis we will not accept hotel proposals submitted in any other format. Also, since we source events over the same dates and destinations for different clients and events, please make sure the complete name and the dates you are offering the proposed rates, as this will expedite the decision process and ensure your proposal is added to the correct client event for their review.
